In order to stimulate and encourage the sports physiotherapy continuous formation, the SLKS decided to assign official certificates.
To achieve the official certificate 2017-2018, SLKS members should provide evidence of presence on the validated activities by email to mail[at]sport-kine.lu.
To complete the file, the candidate should use the following list of 2016/2017 and complete the certification form with further detailed information.
