The International Sportmedica Congress will be organised in its 8th edition on 22nd and 23rd November 2024 by the Luxembourg Societies for Sports Medicine (SLMS) and Sports Physiotherapy (SLKS) together with the Luxembourg Academy of Sports Medicine, Physiotherapy and Science and its partners. The venue will be the “d’Coque” in Luxembourg.

In 2024 the congress theme will be “Exercise and medicine – 20 years sports clinic CHL” featuring a number of international speakers. The aim is to organise a practice-oriented congress, the target audience being trainers, coaches, medical staff members, athletes, and scientists in the field. The different topics that will be treated are sports cardiology, exercise and medicine, and sports physiotherapy and orthopedics. The Sportmedica Congress will provide ample occasion to summarize existing knowledge and stimulate discussions between different stakeholders.
